Return & Exchange Policy
At RK Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns
- Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items damaged after use cannot be returned.
Order Verification Upon Delivery
- Customers may open and inspect their order while the delivery person is present.
- If the customer decides to return the order immediately after inspection, the return will be accepted directly.
- Delivery fees will still be charged and must be paid by the customer even if the order is returned at the time of delivery.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted depending on product availability.
- Customers can request a size or color exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories
- Items without original tags
- Used or damaged products
Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us through Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Shipping Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos of the product.
